Sustainability is a vital part of our investment criteria, both in the attributes of existing assets and the opportunities for sustainable asset management:

  • Focus on gateway cities limits systemic exposure to environmental risks

At 850 Collins Street, Melbourne, we are undertaking a project to install solar photovoltaic panels that will generate 110kW of energy.

  • Capital cost of A$250,000

  • IRR of 15% with payback over 6–7 years

  • Target to achieve a 5* NABERS rating (from 4.5*)
